Employee Hub
The Employee Hub is the central directory for all employee records. Each profile includes personal information, employment details, compensation, documents, and a timeline of key events (hire, promotion, leave, etc.).

Set Up Departments First
Before adding employees, set up your departments in HR > Departments. Each department can have a head, budget allocation, and custom leave policies. This ensures employees are properly categorized from the start.
Org Chart
The Org Chart provides a visual representation of your company's structure. It automatically builds itself from the reporting relationships defined in employee profiles.
- Interactive tree view showing reporting lines from CEO to individual contributors
- Click any node to view the employee's profile or see their direct reports
- Filter by department to focus on a specific part of the organization
- Drag and drop to reassign reporting lines (admin users only)
- Export the org chart as an image or PDF for presentations

Leave Management
Employees can request leave through the platform, and managers can approve or decline requests. The system tracks balances and provides visibility into team availability.

Recognition Badges
Customize your recognition badge categories in HR > Settings > Recognition. Align badges with your company values so every recognition moment reinforces your culture. Badges appear on employee profiles and in the company-wide activity feed.
Certificates
Issue and manage employee certificates for training completion, compliance requirements, professional development, and internal qualifications.
- Create certificate templates with your company branding
- Issue certificates upon completion of training programs or courses
- Track expiry dates for compliance certificates with renewal reminders
- Employees can view and download their certificates from their profile
- Bulk issue certificates to groups after workshops or training events
Payroll
Process payroll for all employees or a specific department. The payroll module calculates gross pay, deductions, tax, and net pay based on each employee's compensation configuration.
- Navigate to HR > Payroll and click "New Payroll Run"
- Select the pay period and the employees to include
- Review calculated amounts including base salary, allowances, deductions, and tax
- Approve and process the payroll batch
- Download individual payslips as PDF or bulk-download for the entire run
- Payroll journal entries are automatically created in the Finance module
