Leads
Leads are your potential customers. Capture them from multiple sources and move them through your qualification pipeline until they convert into paying customers.

Pipeline Stages
Leads move through stages as you engage with them:
- Drag leads between stages or update the status from the detail view
- Add notes and log calls, emails, or meetings against each lead
- Set reminders for follow-ups so no opportunity slips through
- Convert a qualified lead into a customer with one click
Bulk Import
Have a spreadsheet of contacts? Use the "Import" button on the Leads page to upload a CSV file. The system maps columns automatically and creates leads in bulk.
Contacts
Contacts represent individual people you interact with. A single customer account may have multiple contacts (e.g., a billing contact and a technical contact).
- Store name, email, phone, job title, and department for each contact
- Link contacts to one or more customer accounts
- View the full interaction history for any contact
- Tag contacts for segmentation (e.g., decision-maker, influencer, end-user)
- Merge duplicate contact records to keep your data clean
Customers
Customer records represent the organizations or individuals you do business with. Each customer has a complete history of deals, invoices, support interactions, and activities.

Activities

Lead Scoring
Lead scoring helps you prioritize your pipeline by assigning a numerical score to each lead based on their likelihood to convert. Scores update automatically as leads interact with your business.
- Configure automatic scoring rules based on lead source, company size, and engagement
- Add manual score adjustments after calls or meetings
- Set score thresholds to trigger notifications (e.g., alert a rep when a lead reaches "hot")
- Sort and filter the leads list by score to focus on top prospects
Lead Scoring Rules
Go to CRM > Settings > Lead Scoring to configure your rules. Assign point values to actions like "opened email" (+5), "visited pricing page" (+10), or "requested demo" (+25). The system calculates scores automatically.
Deal Pipeline
The deal pipeline gives you a visual kanban board of all active deals. Drag deals between stages, track expected revenue, and identify bottlenecks in your sales process.

Reports
